Visual Business and Organisation Analysis
During 2021-22, Nordkapp worked with a company from energy sector to investigate and map out their hidden internal dynamics, ways of working and how the employees understood the challenges rising on the global level, in context of the clients’ market landscape.
The work was conducted through semi-structured qualitative interviews. Based on the collected qualitative data, insights and visual synthesis, we created the following deliverables
