As part of their Product team, we helped Starship find their product-market-fit and scale their operations through visual and product design, research and validation of concept ideas, perfecting human-robot interactions as well as creating new ways of working.
Starship are now on a well-funded path to growth. During our time, we witnessed significant growth of Starship’s marketplace and Product team. Lowered operating costs help Starship be very competitive— Starship charges $1.99 per delivery in the U.S and has completed over 200 000 miles/deliveries to date (2020). Starship also won the 2019 Reddot award for Service Design and Finnish Vuoden Huiput gold for Services.
